Event books are mostly seasons and tend to surge around specific holidays or special occasions. This surge of customer inquiries around specific booking dates and equipment availability, which significantly strained their staff.

Hyper-growth in booking revenue

Since transitioning to BookThatApp in October 2023, when they handled fewer than five bookings, DJWarehouse Hire has consistently managed an average of 360 bookings per month throughout 2024.
